When you press the power button from your PC, usually located at the front or top of the case and the PC doesn't turn on. Doesn't turn on in this article means that there is no light indicator, you can't hear any sound that indicates fan or hard drive spinning coming out of the system and nothing happens when you press eject button on your CD/DVD drive. |
